Vice President of Division Operations
Shirley Turner Sapp is Vice President of Operations for Specialty Physician Services (SPS). In this role, Shirley leads the vision and infrastructure for financial and operational efficiency in the areas of distribution, contracts, pricing, transformation and compliance across Oncology Supply and Besse Medical.
Shirley joined Oncology Supply in 1999 and throughout her long tenure has become an integral leader in its continued success. From 2011 to 2019, Shirley was the Vice President, Supply Chain Management and Solutions, and worked closely with manufacturers on the contracts for Oncology Supply.
Shirley also works with the Cencora Transformation Office to ensure a seamless transition from our systems today to new systems of tomorrow while creating an even better customer experience. She and her Transformation team focus on pricing, contracts, chargebacks, rebates, reporting, analytics, serialization, and distribution processes.
